Bandit is a young (under one year) chihuahua/JRT mix. He loves to be with his people and snuggled. He is house broken and crate trained. This boy has springs in his feet and can easily clear a four foot fence! He weighs maybe ten pounds.  Dogs are adopting out quickly. Please know we are following covid-19 guidelines by practicing safe social distancing and other safe measures at the time of adoption. Our dogs are only shown to approved applicants at time of adoption outside.* As with all our dogs we will require proof of a obedience course as we feel it is very important for the new family regardless of previous dog training experience to complete a training class soon after adoption to not only establish basic obedience but to bond with your new dog as well as socialize it. Many trainers have resumed training including outdoor classes. A volunteer will be in touch to discuss you your application and the dog to determine if a good match. Your references, including your vet will be called. A virtual home visit done and finally a meet and greet and adoption if all are in agreement. Adopt fee is $425 for adults, $475 for dogs under 1 yr. which includes core vaccines, dewormed, current on flea/tick and heartworm preventatives, microchip, health certificate, heart worm/lyme test if over 6 months and spayed or neutered.
