Caeser is a partially BLIND neutered Male rottweiler. He is about 4 years old and weighs 78#. He does have very limited sight in one eye, perhaps only shadows. Once he learns the layout of the home/yard he gets around pretty good, only occassionally bumping his big goofy head. Caeser is fine with other dogs but would do best with only one maybe two in the home. Because he is blind a home without young children would be best. Caeser is from KY where he ended up in a shelter. His owner surrendered him along with two other dogs. We believe he may have been surrendered due to his owner being in the military. He will need a home that is safe for a blind dog and will have patience to reassure him as he gets us to his new life. Caesar is a pretty special guy. All that meet him fall in love. As with all our dogs we will require proof of a obedience course as we feel it is very important for the new family regardless of previous dog training experience to complete a training class soon after adoption to not only establish basic obedience but to bond with your new dog as well as socialize it. Adopt fee is $425 for adults, $475 for dogs under 1 yr. which includes core vaccines, dewormed, current on flea/tick and heartworm preventatives, heart worm/lyme test if over 6 months, a health certificate, microchip and spayed or neutered.
