Trixie is a sweet sheltie mix we believe to be about a year old. She came to our rescue in August with babies on board. The babies went to new homes mid Oct so we will are looking for a forever home for Trixie. Trixie is very social with people, kids and other dogs. Cats unknown. She has a sweet, playful personality and is somewhat submissive with other dogs but loves, loves, loves to run and play. As with all our dogs we will require proof of a obedience course as we feel it is very important for the new family regardless of previous dog training experience to complete a training class soon after adoption to not only establish basic obedience but to bond with your new dog as well as socialize it. Adopt fee is $425 for adults, $475 for dogs under 1 yr. which includes core vaccines, dewormed, current on flea/tick and heartworm preventatives, heart worm/lyme test if over 6 months, a health certificate, microchip and spayed or neutered.
