Tessa is a mixed breed pup born March 18 to a momma who was rescued from a shelter in the deep south in Lousiana. She was very pregnant and gave birth to a litter of pups 5 days later. Lexi, the mom is a medium size dog thought to be a shepherd mix, dad perhaps catahoula.
