Meet Moe.  Moe is a 12 year young shih tzu mix. He weighs about 20 # is a light whitish tan in color.  Currently he has a summer haircut but he normally has a long shih tzu coat.

Moe is a local owner surrender.  His elderly Dad has declining health and was no longer able to take care of Moe.  Moe adapted well to his new foster home and gets along fine with the resident dogs.  He is also fine with the cat and been exposed (behind a fence ) to livestock and chickens.
Moe is housebroken.  He is not crazy about the crate but will quietly stay in it while his foster parents are working.  He adapts well to new routines. 
Moe loves naping in a comfy dog bed and when allowed will hop up on the sofa or bed.  He does not like to be picked up and needs to be reassured when he is. 
Moe is in excellent health for his age, no health issues.  Don't let his age fool you, he is able to keep up with the resident adolescent whippersnapper and enjoys a good walk about the yard.

Moe would do best in a quieter home with someone home a majority of the time.  A part time worker would likely be fine but someone who is gone all day may make him lonesome as his former dad was retired and home all day.  He may benefit from another dog in the home

Moe is neutered, up to date on shots and microchipped.
